Infotainment upgrades for cars have been trending for the last 12 years now. There was a time period before that, when compatible and integrated infotainment upgrades were not available for cars with proprietary entertainment systems/screens. In contrast to that, today there are numerous options available as fully integrated infotainment touchscreens which are made with car specific parts, wire connectors and canbus interfaces to display car specific diagnostic data at fingertips.

Nowadays, connected car solutions like Apple Carplay and Android Auto are very popular, and almost all users prefer these solutions to integrated their usage of GPS navigation, Phone calls, Music playback and much more under one dashboard. Wireless Carplay and Android Auto come as inbuilt feature in most mid-level onwards infotainment upgrades today.

Infotainment upgrades allow us to make further upgrades like Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS) , 3D 360 parking cameras systems and much more. These solutions help assist users drive their car with less damages and in better condition over time.
Some premium cars come with existing infotainment upgrades which comprise of multiple components, like a screen, a media player, a media controller and so on. Now we at EVO Custom Car were the first in India starting in the year 2017, to launch integrated infotainment solutions for Premium and European cars. Over time, we have developed better integrated solutions with regular updates for Premium cars till today. We have developed screen user interfaces which look just like the latest model of any premium car, so, post upgrade the UI looks just like the car’s latest model.
For Example, a year 2012 BMW 5 Series comes with pre-existing software called BMW iDrive 4 without any touchscreen option. Now, in the present day we have touchscreen infotainment upgrades which enable a latest look BMW iDrive 8 on the old car, with full access to the older iDrive 4 menus, so the service workshop has full access to all old data and present diagnostics. So we, provide a dual integrated system with all functions of the old system, with upgrades of the latest system made for this car.
